At Maxtor Tactical, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Returns requested after 30 days are eligible only for a replacement of the same item.

Items not returned in original condition (e.g., signs of wear, missing hardware or packaging) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Gift cards and special orders are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We offer lifetime replacements for any holster found to be defective or damaged through normal use.
For exchanges due to an ordering or shipping issue, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email for a six-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the code.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return.
- Add a note (optional), then click Request Return.
If your return is approved and requires shipping, we’ll provide you with a return label. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
